Been trying to use my wide-angle zoom more and more, but thought these focal lengths were just for shooting in tight spaces. I was totally wrong ! This is a whole other genre, one that simply lends itself to greater expression with the camera. A well designed course - "go out and do 'em" assignments with each lesson and all.
