Using natural and available light has many advantages. Since it already exists, you can shoot more spontaneously without having to worry about equipment. Also, with available light, what you see is what you get. For the most part, what your eyes see is what the camera will see. Most importantly, working with available light will make you a better photographer since you will learn to "think on your feet." In this class, we will learn that no lighting situation will be too challenging. A good photograph - portrait or what have you - can be made anywhere!
Not only will you take better pictures, you will become a better photographer overall. Working with the available light lessons in this class, you will become comfortable with the concepts of light ratios, contrast, backlighting, subtractive lighting, quality of light, light direction and composition.

The lessons will take you through real-life, problem-solving situations.
