What you will need:
- DSLR Camera or film camera (If shooting film, you will need access to a scanner in order to digitize your work for upload to the TCI website)
- Computer with photo-processing software (e.g. Photoshop)
Lesson plan:
- What Makes a 'Successful' Photograph? (Thinking through your goals and choosing a genre.)
- 'Making', Not 'Taking' - There is a Difference (Meeting your goals by learning to use light, depth of field, color or black & white, and different focal-length lenses.)
- Learning Great Composition and Selecting Your Best (Creating design in the frame and learning to edit.)
- Making Your Work 'Unique' (Choosing the subjects and creating the style that are unique to you.)
